Gripping read, but the ending was a bit weak. Essentially a goodies vs baddies, and then, right at the end, only a day or so after one of the goodies kills baddy, she wants a baby.
No processing of the momentous events just happened, the court case hasn’t even started, and not discussed until that point. In my opinion – completely irrelevant to the plot line.
However, the rest of it more than made up for it. Reasonably believable, with only one or two minor hiccups. Loved it.
